The Intel PXA270 processor is the first Intel XScale® technology-based processor to include Intel® Wireless MMX™ technology. This enables high-performance multimedia acceleration with an industry proven instruction set. Enabled by Intel® Quick Capture technology, the PAXA270 provides one of the industry's most flexible and powerful camera interfaces for capturing digital images and video.
The HTG-PAX270 is designed for development with Intel PXA270 processor. The board's industry standard features provide access to functional blocks of the PAX270 device.
The HTG-PAX270 is consisted of "Core" and "Base" boards. The Core board is populated with Intel Xscale PXA270 (520 MHz), 64 MB SDRAM, 32 MB Flash, optional 2D 3D accelator (PAX2700G7), and an extended connector (160). The Base board provides Power and standard IOs/Interfaces.
The HTG-PAX270 is supported by Linux (2.4.21 Kernel) and WinCE (5.0) operating systesm.
